Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to IATerm. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Infiniact Co., Ltd (a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong, hereinafter "We" or "Company") regarding the use of the IATerm software ("Service"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your devices. You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
  • Use the Software to build a competitive product or service;
  • Use AI features to generate illegal, malicious, fraudulent, or harmful content.

3. AI Features and Vendor Disclaimer

  • Third-Party Model Provision: You acknowledge and agree that all Artificial Intelligence (AI) models integrated into this Service are provided by independent third-party vendors (e.g., OpenAI). IATerm acts solely as a technical interface and platform and does not directly develop or control the underlying AI model algorithms.
  • Responsibility for Content: The relevant AI interaction content is generated by and is the responsibility of the third-party vendors. We assume no liability for the accuracy, legality, or safety of any content generated by these vendors.
  • Independent Judgment: Due to the "hallucination" nature of AI models, generated content may contain errors. You assume sole risk for relying on the Output provided by third-party models and are obligated to independently review any code before application.

4. Fees and Subscriptions

  • Subscription Service: IATerm Pro is offered on a monthly or yearly basis. Fees will be deducted at the beginning of each billing cycle via the payment method you provided on the payment page.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period.
  • Usage Limits: Pro plans may include specific AI usage quotas. Usage exceeding these limits may result in service suspension or additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

All intellectual property rights in IATerm, including code and design, belong to Infiniact Co., Ltd. The code, scripts, and local configuration data you create through IATerm belong to you.

6. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration.
